Exit the airport following signs to FL-528 East (Beachline Expressway).

Take FL-528 E toward Cocoa Beach / Cape Canaveral (approx. 45–50 minutes).

Stay on FL-528 until it merges into A1A South.

Continue south on A1A for about 4 miles.

Turn left onto Central Blvd (look for signs for Ridgewood).

Turn right onto Ridgewood Ave — our property is located at 7600 Ridgewood Ave.
Approximate drive time: ~55 minutes (depending on traffic).
Note: FL-528 is a toll road — bring cash or use SunPass/E-Pass.
From I-95 North (Jacksonville / Daytona Beach area)

Take I-95 South toward Cocoa / Cape Canaveral.

Exit at Exit 205 for FL-528 East (Beachline Expressway).

Follow FL-528 E toward Cocoa Beach / Cape Canaveral (~20 miles).

FL-528 becomes A1A South.

Continue on A1A for ~4 miles.

Turn left on Central Blvd, then right on Ridgewood Ave to reach 7600 Ridgewood Ave.
Approximate drive time from Daytona Beach: ~1 hr 30 min.
From I-95 South (Miami / West Palm Beach area)

Take I-95 North toward Cocoa / Titusville.

Exit at Exit 201 for FL-520 East toward Cocoa Beach.

Follow FL-520 E all the way to the end (~20 miles) until it intersects with A1A North.

Turn left onto A1A North toward Cape Canaveral.

Drive ~5 miles, turn right onto Central Blvd, then right onto Ridgewood Ave.

Arrive at 7600 Ridgewood Ave.
Approximate drive time from West Palm Beach: ~2 hrs 30 min.

The remaining amount is to be paid 1 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €436 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 4 days after departure
