- How far is this condo from the main Gatlinburg strip? Our condo is located right on the main strip! Walk out of your condo, take the elevator to the parking lot then hop in another elevator and it takes you down to the main street across from Ober Mountain!
- Is there free parking when I rent this condo? Yes, Summit Manor has a private parking area for guests. Inside the condo you will find parking passes that should be placed in your vehicles dash (2 car max).

- What is the minimum night stay? For the most part, the minimum night stay that we offer is (3) nights.
