- How many people can this condo sleep? This condo can sleep up to 6 people. I consists of one master bedroom with a king bed, and another bedroom with two queen bed.
- How far is this condo from the main Gatlinburg strip? Our condo is located right on the main strip! Walk out of your condo take the elevator to the parking lot then hope in another elevator and it takes yo down to the main street across from Ober Mountain!
- Is there free parking when I rent this condo? Yes, Summit Manor has a private parking area for guests. Inside the condo you will find parking passes that should be placed in your vehicles dash.

- What is the minimum night stay? For the most part, the minimum night stay that we offer is 3 nights.
- Is direct booking cheaper than renting on Airbnb or VRBO? Yes, booking directly with us can save you a considerable amount of money. Online Travel Agencies (OTA's) can add fees (as much as 300-400 dollars) for using there site.
